Research Experience for Undergraduates at HNF

Since 1997, undergraduates from around the US and Puerto Rico have participated in NNIN's (formerly NNUN) REU program.

The program selects about seventy undergraduates out of about five hundred applicants to participate in an intensive ten week research experience.

Each intern is assigned a research project in nanotechnology at one of the participating sites. After ten weeks the interns from all fourteen sites assemble at a convocation to present their research findings.

They also submit a research paper which is published on NNIN's website.

Nanotechnology Summer Internships
10-week program including stipend, travel and housing. 80+ positions available through-out the NNIN consortium.
