The Materials Science Research Center of Excellence is located in the School of Engineering, Howard University, Washington, D.C. The MSRCE has approximately 6000 sq.ft. of space dedicated to research in material growth and characterization and device fabrication. In addition, it has approximately 1000 sq.ft. of office space with offices set aside for visiting scientists.
